Place 3 Tablespoons of chocolate mix in a coffee mug & set aside.
In a Glass Liquid Measuring pitcher, microwave 4oz half & half to a soft boil.
Now, pour a third of it over the chocolate and stir vigorously to form a smooth thick paste.
Once smooth, gradually add the remaining half & half (while stirring constantly) until everything is fully incorporated.
Divide into two espresso cups and indulge with a friend!
